1. Eligibility

3. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal. We will send an email reminder 30 days before each renewal.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be provided.

  • All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of billing error or where required by law.

  • We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans and pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

  • Applicable state and local sales taxes may apply and will be added where required.

4. Permitted Use

  • You may use the Service solely to generate product datasheets for your internal business operations.

  • You may not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • Reverse engineering, reselling, sublicensing, or distributing the Service or its outputs without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

  • We do not collect personal information from visitors who browse our website without registering.

  • Upon registration, we collect only necessary business information, such as company name, contact email, and billing details.

  • Data is handled in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable.

  • We use third-party services such as Google Analytics and Google Ads to monitor traffic to our website and improve our marketing efforts. These services may collect anonymized usage data through cookies. You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, and technology related to the Service are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

  • You retain ownership of the datasheets you create using the Service.

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice.

  • Upon termination, access to the Service and stored data may be deleted, subject to our data retention policies.

  • We may retain your business data for up to 90 days for compliance, auditing, or backup purposes unless earlier deletion is requested in writing.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in XXXX county, Wyoming.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be indicated by a revised Effective Date above.
Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
